Pricing and Payment

You can rest assured that we treat your business and personal information with the utmost care regarding privacy and confidentiality.


Information collected is only used to understand your business and complete the tasks assigned by you.


We will not sell, trade or otherwise share your personal or business information with any other parties.

We will not sell, trade or otherwise share your personal or business information with any other parties. In certain circumstances this may be required to work with trusted third parties or as required by law, however, this will not be done so without the prior disclosure and approval from you.


Any works copyrighted, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information developed in whole or in part by EMU Solutions Australia is the Client's exclusive property unless a written request has been approved.


All information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Policy as derived from The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).


We pride ourselves on the integrity and professionalism of our work and on providing you with a high-quality service.

Pricing and Payment

A minimum of three (3) hours of work applies.


Pricing is set at an hourly rate based on the amount and level of skill required to complete.


EMU Solutions Australia also offer Packages at discounted rates. 10-Hour Package, 20-Hour Package and 30-Hour Package.


Urgent work (required to be done under 24 hours) or weekend work may incur an increa

EMU Solutions Australia also offer Packages at discounted rates. 10-Hour Package, 20-Hour Package and 30-Hour Package.


Urgent work (required to be done under 24 hours) or weekend work may incur an increase of 20% and is subject to availability. This will be charged with prior consultation and approval from the Client. 


Unforeseen costs and/or postage will also be incurred by the Client, with prior approval.


No GST is charged.


EMU Solutions Australia reserves the right to amend and provide an updated Services Agreement and/or Quote where the Client's requirements have changed or the service provided is impacted in any way.


Payment is due 7 days from the invoice date.


The preferred method of payment is via bank transfer or PayPal. There is an option to pay via Credit Card when an invoice is generated and sent to you. A Credit Card payment incurs a processing fee.


It is understood that EMU Solutions Australia is an independent contractor and not an employee. Therefore, EMU Solutions Australia is not compensated with fringe benefits, superannuation, paid vacation, or any other employee benefits.


If either EMU Solutions Australia or the Client need to terminate the Services Agreement, this must be done so in writing. All work that has been completed up until the written notification is given is to be handed over to the Client, with the Client to be invoiced for the completed work, with payment due within 7 days.

EMU Solutions Australia is not liable for loss, damage or delay of the Client’s project due to circumstances beyond control. 


Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) acts of God, public unrest, power outages, and inability to contact the Client.
