Our Services page should give you a good idea of what we can help you with. We are more than happy to chat with you via phone or via an online meeting (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google meet) to see if we are a good fit.

However, there are some services that EMU Solutions Australia does not offer, including answering phone calls, cold-calling and managing Facebook and Google Ads. While we are not qualified accountants, we can provide bookkeeping and advisor-level tasks in Xero.

EMU Solutions Australia is an expert administration service provider. We will customise a quote to meet your specific needs. Our hourly rate varies depending on the number of hours and the type of work required. We also offer support packages of 10-hour, 20-hour and 30-hour durations which are discounted from the per-hour rate. Rates for longer-term assignments are negotiable. EMU Solutions Australia is in its early years of operation and holds a registered ABN and Tax File Number. According to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) guidelines for small businesses, we are currently not required to register for GST (Goods and Services Tax). 

After your initial enquiry through our Contact Us page, you can reach us via email or phone, whichever method suits you best. 

Initial sharing of information and documents can be done via email or through setting up a secure shared Google Drive. Google Drive, a cloud-based platform, is especially handy for larger documents. Alternatively, if you already have a Microsoft SharePoint account, we can share documents with you using this platform.

In the future, we may suggest an alternative tool for your record-keeping, based on your needs, if you don't already have an established cloud-based solution.
